Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable

LTL Freight Sales Representative

to join our team. This role focuses on developing and managing LTL freight accounts while leveraging our

new LTL rate shopping platform

to provide efficient, data-driven solutions. This is a

base-salary + commission position full time position

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new LTL freight business Present and promote TotalShip Express's

LTL rate shopping platform

to prospective and current customers Analyze customer shipping profiles and recommend cost-effective LTL solutions Prepare and deliver pricing proposals using the rate shopping technology Collaborate with operations and carrier partners to ensure service reliability Support customer onboarding and platform adoption Stay informed on LTL market trends, carrier capacity, and service options

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in LTL or transportation sales Strong understanding of LTL pricing, carriers, and accessorial charges Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with TMS or rate shopping platforms is an asset
