Job Description

Reporting directly to the President and working at the heart of a dynamic team, the Sales and Marketing Development Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth and promoting the solutions offered by the Aran Inc. group. He or she is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive cold calls, targeted email communications, and the creation of simple promotional materials.

This position requires perfect bilingualism (French/English) and a strong customer-oriented approach within a manufacturing and technical environment.

Main Responsibilities



Sales Development



Proactively conduct cold calls to identify and qualify new potential clients. Send personalized emails to prospects and existing clients to promote our products and services. Maintain and update the client database (CRM), documenting follow-ups and business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the management team in developing prospecting and sales strategies.

Marketing Support



Design and update presentation tools such as line cards and other basic promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance visibility campaigns and promotional initiatives. Support trade show and client event activities as needed. Create marketing materials and distribute them after receiving the President's approval.

Customer Service



Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and relay information to the appropriate departments. Maintain consistent and professional communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Act as an ambassador for

Aran Inc.

's image and values in all interactions.

Profile Sought



Post-secondary degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (asset). Perfect bilingualism (French/English), both spoken and written. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to conduct cold calls and initiate business conversations with confidence. Strong organizational skills, administrative rigor, and autonomy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with marketing creation tools (e.g., Canva or others). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an asset.
