Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll build relationships with clients, generate sales leads, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate is personable, results-driven, and has strong communication skills. Sales reps earn 15-20% commission per job sold, providing great earning potential on sales of high ticket items.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication
Generate leads via door-to-door, cold calling, and networking
Present and sell services tailored to customer needs
Close sales and meet individual/team targets
Collaborate with marketing to boost brand awareness
Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM
Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
Experience
Proven sales experience is a plus, but a proactive attitude is key
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and adapt to diverse clients
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
CRM experience is a bonus but not required
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
