The Role




Sales and Customer Service - 60% New Business / 40% Account Management

Drive new business development through assigned leads, cold outreach, and personal network Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts with consistent communication and support Execute a structured, customer-focused sales process from lead to close Deliver trucks professionally and with care, including walk-through, service plan overview, and all paperwork Collaborate with Parts, Service, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction Upsell truck sales and parts solutions through service interactions and client engagement Attend industry events, trade shows, demos, and test drives as needed

Admin - 20%

Maintain up-to-date records using a CRM system Support trade-in appraisals and product evaluations Help execute sales promotions and seasonal campaigns

Education and Licensing



AMVIC license required (or willingness to obtain promptly upon hire)

Experience and Skills



Minimum 5 years of Equipment Sales experience, ideally in: + Heavy Truck + Construction Equipment
+ Agricultural Machinery
Proven ability to bring or build a book of business Solid CRM experience (tracking pipeline, managing touchpoints, closing deals) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business tools Strong problem-solving, presentation, and relationship-building skills Positive, professional presence with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
