Your Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships
: Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.

Drive Sales Goals
: Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes.

Plan and Execute
: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership.

Brand Ambassador
: Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations.

Maintain Records
: Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.

Lead Generation:
Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.

What You Need to Succeed:

Educational Background
: Health care Field or Sales
?
Sales Experience
: Proven track record in business or sales, consultative sales experience a plus.

Driving Requirement
: Must possess a valid driver's license.

Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
