Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving business growth through outside sales efforts and developing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a passion for technology sales. Duties



Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals Experience in business development and account management Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software Excellent analytical skills for market analysis and performance tracking Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
