Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients across various industries, develop new business, and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases. Responsibilities



Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management strategies Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction Engage in business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales pipeline Present and demonstrate products or services tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features when applicable Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client retention Communicate fluently in Spanish when engaging with bilingual clients or prospects

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales roles Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Demonstrated success in business development and account management Familiarity with marketing strategies and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data and customer needs Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory; bilingual candidates will be prioritized Knowledge of technical sales processes and industry-specific solutions is advantageous
