Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales:
Educate clients on available treatments, skincare, and membership options, providing tailored recommendations to support their aesthetic goals.
Consultation Coordination:
Collaborate with medical providers to guide clients through the consultation process and ensure seamless care transitions.
Lead Management:
Follow up on client inquiries, online leads, and past clients to convert interest into appointments and treatment plans.
Membership & Package Sales:
Actively promote and sell service packages, memberships, and skincare products to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong client relationships by offering consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized experiences that foster loyalty and retention.
Event Support:
Assist in planning and executing promotional events, open houses, and in-clinic campaigns to attract and convert new clients.
Reporting & CRM Management:
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Aesthetic Record, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads, track client interactions, and analyze sales performance.
Brand Representation:
Uphold the clinic's luxury brand standards through professional appearance, expert knowledge, and exceptional customer care.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client relations
within a
medical spa, aesthetics, or luxury service environment.
Strong
consultative selling skills
with the ability to communicate treatment benefits clearly and confidently.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue and conversion targets.
Knowledge of
injectables, laser treatments, skincare products, or facial aesthetics
is a strong asset.
Tech-savvy with experience using
CRM systems
for lead tracking and follow-up.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (English/French)
proficiency is a plus.
