Job Description

All Waste Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored waste management solutions.

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong sales instincts, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze sales data. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback to management regarding product performance and customer needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the waste collection or environmental services industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies. Experience using CRM software (preferred). Excellent communication skills -- proficiency in French, Punjabi, Mandairn or Hindi is a plus. Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel for outside sales activities as needed.
