Sales Representative

What You'll Do

Generate new business opportunities in commercial and residential roofing markets. Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver proposals in collaboration with estimators and project managers. Manage and grow long-term client relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and networking. Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools (Pipedrive, RoofR, or similar). Represent Coast Mountain Roof at industry and community events.

Must-Haves

2+ years of sales experience (construction, roofing, or building materials preferred). A true

sales hunter mindset

- motivated to prospect, generate leads, and close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly detail-oriented Willing to put in time to close the sale Tech savvy, comfortable with CRM software and MS Office. Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary

Base salary $50-75k + commission
1st year earning potential 90-115k
2nd year earning potential 85-160k
