Job Description
Aaron R is hiring a motivated Car Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers, showcase our diverse inventory of new and used vehicles, and guide clients through the car-buying process to deliver a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.
Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle.
Conduct test drives, present financing options, and close deals.
Stay informed about vehicle features, market trends, and promotions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Pay: $54,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
