Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as well as familiarity with technology sales and CRM tools like Salesforce. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively and meet sales targets
Manage accounts by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs
Utilize analysis skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and optimize sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Market, demonstrate, and sell Turf, new and used whole goods products.
Promote any other goods, or services, that the Company has to offer.
Be informed of Company promotions, or special events in all departments.
Profile new and existing customers while ensuring existing customer satisfaction with products, or services.
Attend in-house training seminars, and product intros as well as farm, and/or Turf trade shows.
Keep current on product knowledge, features and benefits of all equipment potential saleable by the Company.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Background in business development and account management
Familiarity with marketing strategies related to sales growth
Experience working with technology products or services is preferred
Analysis skills for interpreting market data and adjusting strategies accordingly
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
