The Tire & Rims Sales Representative is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles. This role combines product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service to ensure customers receive safe, reliable, and cost-effective tire solutions. The representative will also promote additional services and contribute to the overall success of the showroom and workshop.
Duties
Greet and assist customers in choosing tires and rims based on vehicle type, usage, budget, and style.
Present and explain product options, warranties, financing, and promotions.
Prepare accurate price quotes, process transactions, and arrange installation services.
Maintain detailed knowledge of tire and rim brands, specifications, and new product releases.
Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with promotions.
Collaborate with workshop staff for scheduling and completing installations.
Deliver outstanding customer service, focusing on building trust and repeat business.
Upsell complementary services such as wheel alignments, balancing, and seasonal tire changeovers.
Monitor inventory levels of tires and rims to support sales demand.
