We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Kitchen Specialist) for our Kent location at \xe2\x80\x93 19 Eustane St, Summerside

For this position you will receive a base salary plus bonuses following a probationary period.

Base salary: $37,842 + Commission

What you will do:

• Lead a team of sales associates and project coordinators in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Effectively manage quotes, follow-ups and install processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
• Leadership and HR functions - recruitment, performance management, career development, employee engagement and leading meetings.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Liaise with contractors/installers on various projects.
• Build new business relationships with customers that will result in repeat business
• Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the installed sale team
• Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Stay updated about latest products trends and market conditions
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service

What you will bring:

• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed.
• Understanding of the importance of customer-focus in attaining business goals.
• A combination of business training and customer service experience is preferred.
• A strong foundation in Management, sales, and customer service
• Ability to solve problems and can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectives
• Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
• Ability to travel to customer sites, a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required
• A knowledge of building materials, and the construction process would be considered an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English)
