Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. As a key player in our sales organisation, you will utilise CRM software and lead generation techniques to drive revenue growth.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts Communicate to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Conduct quotes and contract presentations to prospective clients Generate leads and convert prospects into customers via direct sales efforts Upsell additional products or services to clients to increase revenue Collaborate with management on sales strategies and market analysis Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Experience

No experience required; however, communication and interpersonal skills are an asset Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
