Duties

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management. Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals while maximizing profitability. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or inside sales within a B2B environment. Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; experience in retail sales is also valuable. Proficient in CRM software usage for managing leads and customer relationships. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong customer service orientation.
