As our Kelowna team grows, we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join us. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people bring their outdoor space ideas to life, this could be the perfect opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing client interactions from lead acquisition to project completion. This includes scheduling site visits, understanding client needs, providing product information, and preparing detailed quotes with accurate pricing. The role also involves uploading all client data into the project management system, ensuring seamless project execution, and collaborating with the operations team.



Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads to generate new business. Schedule and conduct site visits to assess client needs and discuss project options. Provide expert product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions. Prepare and present detailed quotes with accurate pricing. Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
Work closely with operations and project managers to optimize workflow efficiency. Ensure all client details, including site documentation and quotes, are uploaded into the project management system. Collaborate with project managers to confirm project details before installation. Handle payment collection and ensure smooth financial transactions. Ensure branch profitability by balancing sales objectives with operational efficiency.

Assist with trade shows and marketing initiatives to expand brand reach. Participate in sales training and stay updated on new product offerings. Share marketing and promotional ideas with the General Manager.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING



Proven sales experience (preferably in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living solutions) Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients Self-motivation and independence, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Comfortable using CRM and project management tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed
