Job Overview



We are seeking

ambitious, energetic, and growth-oriented Sales Representatives

to join our team for 2025-2026. This role starts with

lead generation (door-to-door canvassing)

and progresses into

professional sales calls, estimate booking, and eventually in-person sales and closing

.

The ideal candidate is someone early in their career who wants to build

real sales and communication skills

, enjoys working outdoors and meeting new people, and wants to earn strong pay based on performance. No experience is required, we provide complete training in communication, calls, objection handling, and sales.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow fast, learn skills most people never learn, and be part of a high-performance, supportive team.

Responsibilities



Lead Generation (Phase 1):



Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods Start conversations with homeowners and introduce our services Book free estimates with interested clients Represent our company professionally and positively

Qualification Calls (Phase 2 -- Training Provided):



Learn our structured

Qualification Call

Confirm project details, timelines, and expectations Improve lead quality to support successful sales conversions

Sales Development & Closing (Phase 3 -- For Top Performers):



Attend sales training and learn to run in-person estimates Present solutions clearly and confidently Close projects and earn higher-level commissions Help train new team members once proficient

Team Contribution:



Participate in weekly meetings and coaching Give input on recruiting and team culture Maintain high standards in communication and professionalism

Experience



No previous experience is required -- we train

everything.
That said, the following are beneficial:

Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality Comfort speaking with new people Strong work ethic and self-motivation Interest in developing communication or sales skills

Compensation



$20-$40/hour

(base + bonuses for booked estimates + additional bonuses for closed sales) Weekly team incentives and competitions 15-30 hours per week Opportunities for rapid progression into sales, leadership, and production roles

Access to a vehicle (required for travelling between neighbourhoods) Comfortable interacting with new people Reliable, energetic, and coachable Able to work 15-30 hours per week
