Role Overview
As a Sales Representative Intern, you'll focus on building relationships with potential clients, booking meetings, and supporting the closing of deals. This is a commission-based role designed for someone entrepreneurial, outgoing, and eager to learn about sales in the marketing industry.
What You'll Do
Prospect and generate new business opportunities (calls, DMs, networking, referrals).
Book qualified appointments and present our services to potential clients.
Maintain and manage leads in our CRM with follow-ups and updates.
Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and improve outreach.
Build strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
Compensation
Commission-Based Structure:
Earn 20% of the agency's 20% commission on closed deals.
Earn an additional 10% recurring profit share for ongoing clients you bring in.
Unlimited earning potential -- the more deals you close, the more you make.
Job Type: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
