Sales & Installer Representative

to join our Calgary North team -- hybrid role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to see a job through from the first conversation to the final install.

Sales & Customer Service

Sell products and services while delivering excellent customer service Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly Resolve customer concerns professionally Meet sales targets and support promotions Stay up-to-date on products, industry trends, and best practices

Installation & Shop Support

Assist with and complete product installations under company guidelines Follow safety procedures and proper installation techniques Work efficiently to meet agreed-upon schedules and outcomes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Take feedback and continuously improve skills

Requirements

Proven experience in

sales, installation, or automotive/truck accessories

(preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, self-starter who works effectively with little supervision Team player with a positive attitude Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Basic computer skills Valid driver's license Steel-toed safety boots Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to bend, kneel, and twist as required Clean criminal record check
