Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. He or she must be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and sales-driven with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, have a solid understanding of product offerings and the ability to meet sales goals in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Off Road Vehicles and Motorcycles and have some sales experience. Motorcycle license REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in finding the products that best meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product knowledge, demonstrating features and benefits to customers. Process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team targets. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates efficiently. Ensure inventory is well-stocked, and assist in moving product as necessary. Assist in store visual merchandising to enhance product displays/keep product clean. Promote store loyalty programs and special sales events. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create an enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (or pursuing education). Previous experience in retail or customer service is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to meet sales goals. Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weight. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required. Must have product knowledge. Must have motorcycle license.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
