Position Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Representative
who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and wants to grow within the
investment sales and capital-raising side
of our business.
This role will focus exclusively on promoting
Generational Wealth Inc.'s real estate investment opportunities
-- and building relationships with potential investors, financial professionals, referral partners and high-net-worth individuals.
You'll play a key role in representing our brand at events, conferences, and investor meetings, as well as following up on inbound leads and generating new opportunities through proactive outreach.
This position is ideal for a
sales professional with 2-4 years of experience
in sales, financial services, or real estate who wants to build a career in the
real estate investment industry
.
A
real estate license
is an asset but
not required
.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and present Generational Wealth's
investment offerings
, including our development projects, and private real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and in-person meetings with potential investors and referral partners.
Represent the company at
industry events, conferences, and investor-focused gatherings
to build new connections.
Follow up on inbound investor leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
Support the coordination and execution of
investor webinars, events, and presentations
.
Collaborate with our
marketing and leadership teams
to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion processes.
Maintain detailed CRM tracking of all investor interactions and progress toward sales goals. (Experience with a CRM is a MUST)
Stay informed about market trends, investment structures, and real estate opportunities within our portfolio to communicate value confidently.
Who You Are
? 2-4 years of
proven sales experience
(investment, financial services, real estate, or related field).
? Confident communicator -- comfortable on the phone, in meetings, and presenting to groups.
? Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
? Excellent relationship builder with strong follow-up and organization skills.
? Passionate about real estate, investing, and helping clients grow wealth through tangible assets.
? Licensed Realtor (Ontario) is a
bonus
, not a requirement.
Compensation
Base Salary:
~$60,000 (commensurate with experience)
Commission & Bonuses:
Tiered commission structure based on capital raised and investor conversions
Performance bonuses tied to lead generation and sales targets
