Sales Representative

to lead and expand our market presence.

Position Summary:


The

Sales Representative

will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, and developing new business opportunities across North America. This role requires a strategic thinker with an interest in learning the steel industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to customer service and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet MANA's growth targets. Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs and specifications. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer agreements. Collaborate with rolling mill operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Represent MANA at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Assist with post-sale support, including occasional site visits and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:



Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, ideally in construction or related industries. Exposure to engineering standards (e.g., ASTM or CSA) is an asset. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel across North America as required.
