Job Summary


The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and representing the company's flooring products and services to clients. This client-facing role focuses on fostering long-term partnerships with retailers, dealers, builders, and contractors while executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Income Package

= Base salary + Monthly Allowance + Commission Bonus

- Base salary: 50k~60k annually
- Allowances: Phone + Car
- Commission bonus on Sales revenue

Responsibilities



1. Client Relationship & Business Development



Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories within the flooring and construction industries. Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including retailers, homebuilders, contractors, designers, and flooring dealers. Conduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.

2. Sales Execution & Revenue Generation



Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that align with customer requirements and current trends in flooring. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and follow-up support

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Outreach



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

4. Operational Coordination & Reporting



Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and client information in the company's ERP/CRM system. Provide timely and detailed sales reports and forecasting data to management.

Experience



Degree in Business Administration or related fields. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the flooring, construction, or building materials industry. Proven track record of securing deals and managing partnerships with wholesales/retailers is a plus. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and territory development. Ability to work independently, manage a field-based schedule, and travel across assigned regions. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
