Sales Representative
to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our signage products and services across Canada. This remote-based role involves managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities. You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador of our brand, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage client accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to expand market presence
Customize sales approaches to align with individual client goals and industry demands
Conduct presentations (virtually and in person) to promote products and services
Maintain and update client interactions and pipeline data using the company CRM
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and promotional initiatives
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through strategic account management
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B or non-retail sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to generate leads, develop account plans, and close deals
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)
Proficient with PC-based software, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Valid Canadian driver's license and ability to travel across Canada (up to 50%, including overnight trips)
Working Conditions
Remote work setup with required travel to client sites
Driving (1-4 hours) and occasional air travel within Canada
Frequent use of a computer, including fine motor tasks (mouse and keyboard use)
Screen time of up to 8 hours daily
Training Provided
You will receive hands-on training in our office and warehouse and a comprehensive overview of our sales process.
