At Simplicity Air Ltd., we operate in a unique space in which we manufacture, design, install, and service air conditioning, heating, and idle reduction technologies for vehicles in the commercial and industrial vehicle markets including but not limited to emergency, fire & rescue, hydrovac trucks, material handling, mining, municipal, specialty, work truck, and off-road. We take our extensive field experience and apply that knowledge to design systems with serviceability, economics, and new technology to make our customers' products better. Simplicity Air Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative to support continued company growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn, technically curious, and motivated to build a long-term sales career in a specialized manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent technical understanding, gets excited over new opportunities and products and enjoys learning something new every day. The role will require you to manage a largely untapped territory with significant growth potential.

You will work directly with the owner and will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding technical solutions, and promoting Simplicity Air's products and services across Canada.

Job Duties



Key Markets & Products



The focus will be on OEM in various spaces and Work Truck market segments providing A/C and Heating Systems for engine driven and electric vehicles. Strategic Planning Responsibilities

Provide a quarterly execution and planning strategy aligned with company objectives, including: Intended target markets, Strategic marketing approach, Territorial coverage plan, and Product focus and growth strategy.

Sales & Territory Management



Sell Simplicity Air products to customers across Canada. Strategically develop and manage a defined sales territory. Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities. Develop dealer network for the various products and services

Relationship Building



Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and key decision-makers. Build trust through consistent communication, follow-up, and in-person engagement.

Product Knowledge & Learning



Develop a strong working knowledge of Simplicity Air's products, specifications, and applications. Learn technical concepts well enough to clearly communicate value.

Presentations & Customer Engagement



Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations. Conduct customer meetings via phone, email, virtual platforms, and in-person visits.

Quoting & Negotiation



Prepare accurate quotes and proposals. Participate in pricing and contract discussions under guidance as experience grows.

Market Awareness



Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity. Share insights with management and internal teams.

Internal Collaboration



Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer success.
Reporting & Accountability

Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reports. Create and manage action plans to achieve annual sales objectives.

Additional Responsibilities



Attend trade shows as required. Maintain a professional, positive representation of Simplicity Air Ltd. Uphold company values, professionalism, and integrity. Perform other duties as required to support team and company objectives

Experience and Qualifications



Strong interest in sales within a technical or manufacturing environment. Basic understanding or aptitude for technical products and systems. Previous sales, customer service, or account coordination experience Exposure to manufacturing, OEMs, or industrial products. Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High energy level, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Professional demeanour and positive attitude. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required Generally between 25 to 50% of the time. Valid driver's license.

Salary:

$70,000 Base Salary with Commission Plan Based on Individual and Company Performance

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a half-hour unpaid lunch.

Position Location:

4011 Hwy 6 South, Hagersville, ON This position will require you to report to Hagersville when not travelling for business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
