What You'll Do:

Build relationships with new commercial clients and secure long-term partnerships. Develop relationships with property managers, restoration firms, facility managers, and restaurants Rapid outreach around incidents/seasonal demand spikes Attend local events, strata meetings, and industry mixers to source leads Deliver proposals, handle inquiries, and secure opportunities Confident walk-in, in-person cold outreach

What Mr Swirl is Looking for:

2-5 years of outside sales experience (home services, trades, restoration, facilities, or related B2B/B2C field sales) Nice-to-have: Plumbing/services familiarity; experience with restoration/strata/property management BA or MBA preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Proven record of hitting targets and creating leads from cold starts Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills; excellent communication Capture reviews, referrals, and introduce service agreements for account growth First-job handoffs to coordinate with dispatch for a smooth initial service
