Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Windowtech, guiding customers through the consultation and sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you are driven, personable, and passionate about home improvement, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport quickly with customers to develop lasting relationships Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with clients Present product options, take rough measurements, and provide accurate quotes Close sales and manage the process from order to installation Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and build referrals Maintain strong relationships with past clients to encourage repeat business Visit job sites during or after installation as needed Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales (home improvement industry is an asset) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and half-days on Saturdays

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Bonus pay Commission pay
Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
