Overview


As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our premium window and door solutions. You will work closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs, educate them on our products, and guide them through the purchasing process. This position requires a dynamic, motivated individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Please note that this job is 100% commission-based.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product benefits. Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the purchasing process. Close sales and ensure a seamless customer experience. Sales representatives are NOT responsible for finding leads. They're main objective is to fulfill appointments scheduled by the front office. Comfortable driving upwards of 2 hours (total - to/from) in either the morning or evenings to clients properties.

What We're Looking For:



Proven sales experience (experience in windows and doors is a bonus!). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Background in customer-service related field/occupation Personal Vehiclefor travel is required by applicants
