Responsibilities

Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand existing accounts Manage client relationships through effective account management and customer service Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to reach potential clients Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, Strong background in account management and business development Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers Strong analytical skills for assessing market opportunities and performance metrics Experience in lead generation techniques and territory sales management Ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage customers during presentations Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus
