MINI TIPI is looking for a proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Working closely with the Sales Director, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing orders, and supporting client relations. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers and boutiques according to the strategy established by the Sales Director Coordinate and participate in sales shows as required Participate in the selection process for new boutiques Manage the onboarding of new sales locations

Customer support

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders and services Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Track and resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and efficiently

Administrative responsibilities

Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, invoices and contracts according to established procedures Maintain up-to-date customer files Collaborate with client procurement departments to position MINI TIPI as an approved vendor Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken 3 years' experience in a similar position or in a position with transferable skills Excellent customer communication skills Familiarity with Google suite (sheets, doc, drive) Proficiency in Excel

Preferred

Degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or related field Knowledge of Quickbooks and Cin 7 Core software Experience in B2B and B2C sales CRM knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of indigenous culture

WORKING CONDITIONS and ADVANTAGES
