Position Summary

We are seeking a

Tech-Assisted Sales Representative

to join our team. This role combines customer-facing sales expertise with technology-driven tools to deliver a personalized buying experience. You will leverage digital platforms, virtual consultations, and in-person engagements to connect customers with the Garmin products that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Garmin products across multiple categories (fitness, outdoor, automotive, marine, and aviation) through both in-person and tech-assisted channels. Use digital tools (video consultations, online demos, CRM systems, and mobile apps) to engage with customers and provide tailored product recommendations. Deliver exceptional product knowledge and technical demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and real-world applications of Garmin devices. Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through post-purchase setup and onboarding. Collaborate with marketing and retail partners to maximize exposure of Garmin products, promotions, and events. Collect and report customer feedback, sales trends, and competitive insights to support continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date on Garmin product launches, software updates, and industry trends to provide expert guidance.

Qualifications

Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles, ideally within consumer electronics, outdoor gear, or technology. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain new products. Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person, phone, and digital platforms. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative sales environment. Passion for Garmin's mission and product categories (fitness, outdoor adventure, aviation, marine, automotive). Comfortable working with virtual sales tools, and mobile apps.
