We are in the concrete and construction tools and supplies business. We sell primarily to contractors, and a smaller portion of the business coming from the homeowner, DIY market. We are looking for a motivated customer service focused sales representative for our store, with possibly some outside sales involvement. An individual that wants to contribute to the company\'s success, and is truly a team player. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient with a strong sense of team are attributes we are looking for. We are not order takers. We work in a fast pace service environment that requires a solid knowledge base of the industry we are in, great listening skills, and posses the ability and desire to excel in customer service. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist customers get the right products and supplies for their needs.
- Attend to customers quickly and efficiently. Our customers are on tight schedules and need to get what they need, and get on their way.
- Build on existing and newly acquired customers base
- Create quotes for customers when needed
- Provide customer follow-up.
- Work closely with other team members, necessary to provide excellence in all facets of the sales process.
- Willingness to jump in and help in other areas when needed.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge.
- Must have a positive attitude and be customer service driven.
- Experience in concrete sales or industry is an asset, not a must have.
- Experience in sales, inside or outside, is an asset.
- 8 hour shift
