Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Representative (minimum 3 years in logistics or freight sales)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships in the transportation or logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
Manage and grow existing client accounts.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
Strong understanding of North American trucking and supply chain operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
