Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Sales
Recruit students from the Brazilian community in Canada and Brazil via direct outreach, partnerships, and agency networks.
Be able to generate leads through via social media, website inquiries, referrals, and networking events
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Manage leads through the sales pipeline with proper follow-ups to convert them into registrations.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, agents, and partner institutions through regular follow-ups and communication.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Agent & Partner Development
Make cold calls to and build relationships with recruitment agents and institutional partners in Brazil.
Provide agents with marketing materials, updates, and training to ensure effective program promotion.
Marketing & Promotion
Develop engaging content (graphics, posts, videos) for social media and digital platforms.
Manage the school's presence on Brazilian social media, forums, and messaging platforms.
Represent RCIIS at online and in-person recruitment events, fairs, webinars, and school presentations.
Admissions & Student Support
Respond to inquiries by email, phone, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Assist students throughout the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide orientations to new students.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain leads and agents pipelines.
Support general admissions administrative tasks as required.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role is required.
A passion for sales and a desire to achieve personal and team goals is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Proficient in social media promotions.
Qualifications:
University degree or college diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (international education preferred).
Valid work permit for more than 1 year.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
$36,000 CAD annually
Commission:
Additional performance-based commission
