Papillon is a well established ladies fashion label seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet company targets.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to new and potential customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role is preferred. Class 5 license is required and some driving experience is preferred. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid class 5 driver's license required for travel purposes.

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
