At Johnson Farms, you will:
Provide friendly customer service to everyone who comes in
Stock shelves and create beautiful displays of produce and goodies
Use the cash register accurately to check out customers
Prepare produce to put on the shelves
Ensure that the food on the shelf is still fresh
We are looking for candidates who are:
Motivated and have an excellent work ethic
Friendly and enthusiastic with a personable attitude
A good problem solver to quickly resolve any store or customer issues
Detail-oriented
A team player who is able to work well alone AND with others
Previous food/farm/market experience is greatly appreciated, but not necessary
Wage:
To start, you will earn minimum wage, but there is room for advancement if you are a skilled and responsible worker!
Hours:
Store hours are usually between 8-7pm, so you will never have to work nights!
Part or full time available
Must be willing to work weekends during the summer
