Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and strengthening client relationships, contributing directly to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Present and demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
Ability to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work with a strong work ethic.
