Kleen N Shine Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning across Calgary. We are growing and looking for a confident, outgoing Sales Representative who enjoys talking to people and building relationships in the field.

About the Role:

This is a

field-based sales role

focused on introducing Kleen N Shine services to residents and businesses in Calgary. You'll be out in the community building relationships, booking cleanings, and scheduling walkthroughs.

What You Will Do:

Canvass residential neighborhoods to promote our cleaning services Walk into local businesses, offices, and storefronts to introduce services Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across Calgary communities Explain service options and provide quick estimates or next-day bookings Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and prospective clients Follow up on warm leads to secure confirmed appointments Track outreach and client information (simple system provided) Represent the Kleen N Shine brand professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

1+ year in sales, customer service, retail, or canvassing (asset but not required) Confident communicator -- enjoys meeting new people Self-motivated and reliable with strong follow-through Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

$20-$25/hr based on experience Commission for each booked job Mileage compensation available

Schedule

Approx. 25-35 hours/week Some day time and evening shifts
