Sherway Gardens Mall - In-Store Position

We are looking for a

motivated, energetic, and commission-driven Sales Representative

to join our team at our store in

Sherway Gardens Mall

.

This role is

perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, is confident approaching customers, and wants to earn commission based on performance

.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Representative, you will be the

face of our brand on the mall floor

. Your main goal is to

engage shoppers, offer samples, bring them into the store, and demonstrate our products/services

, converting interest into sales.

This is

not a passive retail role

-- we are looking for someone who is

hungry to sell and earn

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively approach mall shoppers in a friendly and professional manner Offer product samples and introduce our services Invite customers into the store Perform in-store demonstrations Explain product benefits clearly and confidently Convert walk-ins into paying customers Maintain a clean, professional presentation area Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

COMPENSATION

Base pay + commission

Mall hours Full-time or part-time available Weekend availability preferred
