We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to effectively serve diverse markets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic outreach and relationship building. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Conduct negotiations to close deals that align with company goals Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Engage in business development activities to expand market reach Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and promote products/services Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent business development and account management abilities Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills for market positioning Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience and familiar with painting, handyman and renovations works.
