We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on promoting and enrolling students into our premier massage therapy courses. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with a proven track record in B2C sales, capable of building rapport and guiding potential students through their decision-making process. Fluency in Filipino, Chinese, Korean, and English is essential to effectively connect with our diverse student community. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking. Conduct persuasive sales conversations with potential students to understand their career goals and align them with our course offerings. Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to final registration. Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and incoming students to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Utilize CRM tools to accurately track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor enrollment progress. Collaborate with the marketing and education teams to optimize sales strategies and materials. Deliver engaging presentations and information sessions about our massage therapy programs. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in B2C sales. Required fluency in

Filipino, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, and English

is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building trust. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close enrollments. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Basic proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate:

$19 - $22 per hour
