Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and drive lead generation efforts.
Leverage Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Engage in B2B sales initiatives, identifying potential clients within various industries.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Experience in business development, account management, or related fields is highly desirable.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies is essential.
Technical sales experience, particularly in technology-related products or services, is a plus.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software , dealer track aswell, for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent analysis skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions.
