We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong background in customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business operations. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the technical sales team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Engage in outside sales activities, including attending industry events and networking opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market insights for management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Experience in account management is a plus.
