We are a leading supplier of structural steel and rebar in Ontario, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence in Ontario.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the construction and steel industry. Identify and target potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our company and its products. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, keeping management informed of sales performance and market developments.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or steel industry. Strong knowledge of structural steel and rebar products and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ontario.

Pay: From $58,140.00 per year
