What You'll Do as the Sales Representative:
Use technology to improve customer experiences Connect with customers Grow the customer base using provided leads Work with customers face-to-face to address their needs and offer solutions Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Stay updated on product offerings and discuss available choices Understand customer needs and provide product details Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving consistent sales targets
What You Bring to the Team:
1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset. Proficiency in English. Track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
