We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside / inside sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role involves engaging in B2B sales, developing new business opportunities in order to drive growth and success for our company. This is a NEW product line with in our company .
Duties
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term relationships.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.
Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Leverage technology sales knowledge to present solutions that meet client needs.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively in English to serve a diverse client base.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales and marketing principles is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
