As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. You'll play a key role in driving revenue and representing the brand in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, or networking.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (1+ years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not required but a plus).
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
