We are seeking a motivated, commission-driven

Client Acquisition & Sales Associate

to grow our customer base and expand services with existing clients. This role focuses on booking new clients while also upselling additional products and services, including chemicals, filters, pump replacements, installations, and more.

What You'll Do:



Book new monthly clients for our hydronic boiler protection services Upsell existing clients on additional services and equipment Work with provided leads, client lists, and pricing guides Educate clients on the benefits of scale and corrosion protection Build strong, lasting client relationships

Compensation:



$120 for each new monthly client booked 10% commission on upsells (average $20-$250 per sale) Pricing guide, service rundown, client list, and leads provided upfront

What We're Looking For:



Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills Comfortable in a commission-only sales role Previous sales experience preferred (industrial, mechanical, or service industry a plus) Ability to explain services clearly to clients

Contract length: 3 months
