Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. This role requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, with a focus on B2B sales and account management. The Sales Representative will leverage their expertise in technology sales and CRM software to effectively meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Duties



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share. Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking to identify potential clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics. Engage in territory management to maximize coverage and optimize sales efforts within assigned regions. Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue from existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Experience



Proven experience in meat or poultry sales Strong background in account management, lead generation, and direct sales methodologies. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking customer interactions and managing pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Previous experience in marketing or retail sales in meat industry is a plus. Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
